Cannot use design program. Help! I recently switched over to the beta “log-in” version after my key fob broke. I downloaded and installed the latest version 11.11.3.1 (cloud version) and have been able to connect just fine (for the past couple of weeks) up until now. After I log in, I get the following error message: Communication error between salesforce and FNO. It then asks me if I want to re-try or exit application. Both of which I’ve tried to no avail. I’ve tried clearing my browser’s history, rebooting and even installed the latest service pack all to no avail. Should I try to re-install? Please advise. Thank you.
