Sorry for the long wait. I had to do some digging to find the answer. 🙂 it seems the feature that allowed you to change your Profile picture was eating a lot of bandwidth so it has been disabled. I’m afraid you are stuck with the purple people eater walking like an egyptian. ( I like him).
