Hi Nick,
HF1 in the version number means that hot fix 1 for that version has been applied. The hot fix should not affect anything in the catalogs so you might want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the catalog on you computer. You could even go so far as to ship the catalog on your laptop and then install that specific catalog on your computer so you know they are exactly the same.
