If you want to change Units in version 10 you can change it from inches to metric in the Preferences menu under Display Tab schemes. Any design you create after making the switch will be done in Millimeters. If you only want to display a design you have already created in millimeters you can go to display settings for the design, go to work area and change the unit of measurement there.
