Hi Rick,
The placement is smaller than usual on the 54.5″ and 110″ wall because they are being reduced due to having a 13″and 9″ wall. On those walls, right click and open the Properties. From properties, go to Type and uncheck ‘Inside’ under ‘Placement Zones’. This will remove the placement zone from that wall allowing the other walls to have a full sized placement zone.
