In Fusion, you can adjust the speed of your videos using the TimeSpeed node. First, add a TimeSpeed node to your Fusion composition from the toolbar under the Time category. Connect the TimeSpeed node to your video clip by dragging the output of your video clip node (like Loader or MediaIn) into the input of the TimeSpeed node. With the TimeSpeed node selected, you can adjust the speed of your video using the Speed parameter in the Controls panel. Decreasing the Speed value will slow down the video, while increasing it will speed it up. You can also enter precise values to set the desired speed. Preview the video to see the changes, and once you’re satisfied with the speed, you can render the composition to save the modified video. Regarding setting the speed by choosing frames per second (fps), Fusion primarily operates on a frame-based timeline, where the speed of the video is determined by the frame rate set for the project. You can change the frame rate of your composition by going to the Project Settings (Ctrl+Shift+;), where you can adjust the frames per second (fps) value. However, changing the frame rate affects the duration of the video rather than its speed. To specifically adjust the speed of the video, you’ll need to use the TimeSpeed node as described above.
