FOUND IT!
SPOT.RECESSED (in the ROOM_FUR catalog > Lighting Fixtures > Recessed) is what I used to use. Let’s see if this image uploads…
Right click on the spot, then get into attributes. You can set the textures for None, and rotate/skew the light angle and adjust the cone. You have to right click again and get into the Light Properties window to adjust the color.
Like I said, I made a blank plan with tons of these aimed in all different directions, and started new kitchens with that.
