A faulting workbox.dll module usuually refers to a printer or printer driver issue. Possibly one of the instaled printers neet to be removed or updated.
A design.exe faulting module can be any number of things from lack of a dedicated GPU, registruy related etc…
You can try running basic 2020 Maintenance and resetting the 2020 registries which works with resolving most issues.
If the issue persists, I would suggest contacting a support agent directly who can more accurately determine where the issue may be coming from and login to the computer if neded.
