Hi Tommy,
The custom materials wizard is a great way to bring custom textures in to the program. I haven’t gotten a good chance to play with it in 11.4 yet but now you can save imported textures for use in all your designs instead of having to re-import them for every design.
For the rectangular tiles you can use strips of the editable tiles from the Room catalog. It takes a little effort to get the offsets right but you can get the look you want.
