This sounds like a large complex issue. You will likely get better results sending an email to support@2020spaces.com. If this is a catalog creation issue please send it to the attention of the catalog tools team.
Document the steps you take, the catalogs you use, the version of the software and the operating system you have on your computer so they can accurately recreate the issue.
