Not had this problem and I regularly use obstacles. No issues with V11.4 or V11.5
Try copying and pasting all items (Ctrl A, Ctrl C then Ctrl V) to a new drawing and see if it still happens. The same registry reset I mentioned in your other post may cure this as well.
