  I just ran into an issue trying to load up a new catalog. 2020 Design 11.4 does not allow Manufacturer Catalogs to be loaded in the .EXE format. If you try to download major manufacturer catalogs with this format they will not load. FYI.

  The issue seems to be with the Masco catalogs and they have asked us to have clients that have issues with the auto installer to please contact them directly at ecatalogsupport@mascocabinetry.com. So please contact them directly 🙂

  Please note that this is only for issues with the .exe versions of the catalogs. For any other issue please contact 2020 at 1-866-697-2020.
