2020 Closes when printing a floor plan or elevation

  When I go to print floor plans or elevations after I have already printed them on the current design, during that working session in that file. I can go to print preview select what I want to print and when I click on print, 2020 is just gone and I have to reopen it. I used installed 11.7 in hopes that this would fix this issue but it has not. I an using a new Samsung laptop.

  This has been happening to me as well. However, I receive the “design has stopped working” so I have to close and reopen.

  That was happening to me and I was getting that message with the previous 11.3 now with 11.7 it is just gone, no message.

  I just switched over to 11.7 and was so hopeful, but it’s still happening

  I had hoped 11.7 would fix it too but it just goes poof now no message. I am using Windows 10 what are you running?

  Hi Joann,
  
  There is an issue with 2020 and touch screens that causes the software to crash after repetitive actions. You can go in to your control panel and disable the touch screen in Human Interface Devices. That should resolve the issue.
