2020 Cloud access

      I’m having some difficulty accessing 2020 Cloud from directly within the software; does anyone know why and how to alleviate this problem?

      Hello,

      There can be different factors as to why the cloud option or feature aren’t working.

      1 – being off support

      2 – user credentials not working, example forgotten password

      3 – network restrictions

      etc…
