2020 Cloud log in query

      Dear 2020 guys.

      Is there a different way to log in / out or refresh the 2020 Cloud ?

      I’m stuck on an error screen, and refreshing doesn’t do anything..

      Hi Richard,

      We recently updated the Cloud and some users have been experiencing issues since then.

      Please close Fusion, then use the link below on each affected PC to load a tool we have created to resolve the problem:

      http://support.2020.net/2020ClearCloudCache.exe

      If after you downloaded and run this tool and logged back in to Fusion the issue still occurs please give us a call on 01233 635566 and we will investigate further for you.
