We recently updated the Cloud and some users have been experiencing issues since then.
Please close Fusion, then use the link below on each affected PC to load a tool we have created to resolve the problem:
http://support.2020.net/2020ClearCloudCache.exe
If after you downloaded and run this tool and logged back in to Fusion the issue still occurs please give us a call on 01233 635566 and we will investigate further for you.
