When I click on the 2020 Cloud ribbon, all that shows up is a blank screen. I’m signed into 2020 Cloud. What should I do?

      Hello Thomas !

Some times old cache causes this behavior however we have an article available on the 2020 Knowledge Center to quickly resolve this issue.

Simply download and run this file.

Please, let me know if you still have any issue.

Thank you for your response, Edith. I downloaded and ran the file but it didn’t help the issue. It’s not showing the “no items” screen… it’s just not showing anything. The 2020 Cloud box is just blank all together. Check the screenshot I posted in my original post. Not sure how to fix that. Thanks!

Did you get a resolution to this?

This JUST happened to me – mid-design.  I pulled a couple of things out of the cloud no problem – then suddenly I opened it at it was just a white screen.

Tried closing and logging out of the Cloud, then logging back in – no dice.

      Hey Guys,

It’s like Ollie said, give us a call.  It’s either the cached information or the certificates in your internet browser.  Give us a call and we can clear them out and get you up and running again.

      Thanks

      Neil

Hey sorry for the late response. I called 2020 support and the woman tried turning my graphics card off, wait for 2020 Cloud to load, and then turn graphics card back on. I guess my laptop’s graphics card is out of date! So far I’ve been doing this process for months and its been working for me. Hope that helps.
