This affects 2020 Office Solutions customers: 2020 Cap, 2020 Giza, 2020 Worksheet
Due to severe weather in Michigan on March 8, hundreds of thousands of Michigan residents lost power. Many Michigan business will be without power until Saturday, March 11. Our 2020 Michigan office has mostly recovered from these conditions.
However, we continue to have problems with our phones. We are currently unable to call out to customers and some customers who call us are having problems hearing our employees. We are working with the phone company to find a solution to this problem.
In the meantime, if you call our Support or Sales departments you may have trouble getting through. If your issue is not urgent, we recommend using a different method of contact other than phone as outlined in this thread.
