The Profile page I got after registering for 2020 Community has a link to “Change Cover Image.” When I click the link, nothing happens. What is supposed to happen? What is a “Cover Image?” Is this a planned feature that has not yet been implemented? See circled link in attached image.

Welcome to the 2020 Community!
You pretty much hit the nail on the head in your post – this is a feature that exists in our forum software that we do not utilize.
However, as a result of your post, I have removed that option to avoid any further confusion. 🙂
