2020 Design login issues

      My new boss purchased a 2020 subscription on Saturday.  I have normally worked with the 2020 with the toggles so I don’t know how the cloud subscription works.  With that said we’re not able to log in using her login information. It says there is an error.  What are we doing wrong? Is this a thing?

      Hi Rose,

      Normally when purchasing the Softkey, it would attach itself to the email it was purchased with. To sign in, you must first create a cloud account for that email. If this doesnt work for you, please feel free to give us a call at 866-697-2020 to have an agent help explain it to you.
