I will suggest we first try clearing the cache, after that try to launch the program again.

ParticipantI am using 11.9. Since switching over all my appliances are very wrong in color. Mostly pink? Tried to re-load 11.9. All appliances are still wrong color.

Pink appliances could be related to your video card (or lack there of :-)) or an issue with the catalogs. Would you be able to let us know which catalog and which items specifically are not showing correctly? Please send the info and your system specifications to residentialsupport@2020spaces.com so we can try to replicate the issue here in order to resolve it.
