      I downloaded the new 11.9 but am getting an error message where it says the server is down and I’m only able to use it offline.

      I will suggest we first try clearing the cache, after that try to launch the program again.
      Follow the steps on this Article also available via the Knowledge Center.

      I am using 11.9. Since switching over all my appliances are very wrong in color. Mostly pink? Tried to re-load 11.9. All appliances are still wrong color.

      Hi Buzz,

      Pink appliances could be related to your video card (or lack there of :-)) or an issue with the catalogs.  Would you be able to let us know which catalog and which items specifically are not showing correctly?  Please send the info and your system specifications to residentialsupport@2020spaces.com so we can try to replicate the issue here in order to resolve it.
