2020 Design V11 Drawing Layout Issues

Good Morning,

I have downloaded and installed 2020 V11 to try to work out some of the functions that have changed that my company uses for all our designs.   The one major problem i am running into is using the drawing layout function.  First of all, I would like to know if there is a way to make the system not try to fully rerender the entire layout page with any change that i make, and every time i reopen the layout page.

Secondly, i seem to have a problem with the layout whenever i open more than 3 or 4 windows, that the layout page disappears on my screen and there is nothing i can do to correct this aside from deleting the page and adding a new page.   Most of our drawings that we are currently using the Drawing layout function (in version 9) use 8-10 windows per page.
