  Hello,
  
  recently I have noticed a bug in the system and just wanted to see if anyone else has come across it. let me explain what happens.
  
  When annotating a floor plan and I what to duplicate (control D) an annotation the programme will shut down. it says it has stopped working.
  
  any help would be appreciated.

  Hi Darren – I have not heard of such a problem recently being reported in the software, but it sounds like an issue that we would urgently like to investigate. However, suspected bug reports are best put directly to our support team, so that you can share a specific reproduction and they can check the exact version of the software that you are using – they will be happy to hear from you:
