  Multiple 2020 services are impacted by a widespread internet outage due to a serious fire in downtown Montreal. Service providers are working on the infrastructure and hope to have an ETA for service recovery later today.

  Update: 2020 services are coming back online while service providers are continuing to repair circuits in downtown Montreal. Most services are online and functioning normally. 2020 IT staff are assessing the current status and connectivity and will provide another update in a few hours.
