Santiago Morales2020 ExpertHello 2020Design Users,
We recently have been made aware an issue while viewing 360 Panoramas on Android devices. For some reason, the display no longer rotates in the viewer.
It appears that there are some incompatibilities with the latest Version of Google Chrome and Android Devices.
An alternative is to use a different web browser.
Thank you,
Santiago

ParticipantAre you experiencing the same type of issues when viewing the panoramic for viewing in the VR Goggles? On both of my android devices, whether I use Chrome or Google for browser, the picture jumps around. I have tried calibrating the gyroscope but with no luck. Any advice?

ParticipantI’ve had the same issue as Mike on my Galaxy Note 5, and found the easiest way around it was to text the link to myself and then open the link within the texting app. (I guess because it opens it in the phone’s default browser rather than chrome.) Works every time.
