Hi all, I am attempting to use the 3D room viewer for the first time on mobile. I have the 3D goggles from 2020, using iPhone XS Max with IOS 12.4 and have tried both the site itself with the compatible sample views, and sharing through email yet neither are working. I can open the views on my phone and manually look around the room by scrolling using my finger, but can not access the actual view to use and react with the goggles. Please help :[

Hi Elijah,

Please make sure that the Gyro is turned on, by default i do believe that it is off. Try that and let us know!

It does not give or show the option do so on any of the compatible viewing spaces. The goggle symbol is nowhere to be found 🙁

Hi Elijah,

The gyro is not part of 2020, it is part of your phone and is a setting found in your Safari browser.
