2020 ModeratorAs 2020 continues to provide new updates, additional functionality and improvements to 2020 Cloud, it is sometimes very difficult, and occassionally impossible, for these to be delivered to customers using older versions of 2020 Fusion. When it is impossible for us to continue to support an older 2020 Fusion version, we will always try to give plenty of notice to our customers, so that they have time to download and install a more contemporary and readily available version. For customers using 2020 Fusion Version 6 up to and including Version 7.1, a message will now be displayed when attempting to use 2020 Cloud, advising that, by 31st August 2021, an update to a more contemporary version is required to continue usage. 2020 Fusion Version 8 will have been available to all our customers for around 2 years by then, so hopefully, the time customers have to upgrade to the latest version before 2020 Cloud will no longer be accessible, will mean this unavoidable action will not cause any issues.
Please feel free to reach out to the 2020 Support Team if there’s anything we can do to help with the upgrade process.

ParticipantAccessing 2020 Cloud from older 2020 Fusion versions requires careful system configuration. I’ve found that updating the software to the latest version ensures smoother integration and compatibility. By leveraging cloud capabilities, users can access enhanced features and collaborate more effectively, making it easier to work with the latest design tools.

But soon enough you will have to upgrade it. As other softwares they will stop supporting the old version. So go for it and upgrade to get used to it.</p>
