Just recently download verion eight, was wondering if anyone else is having any problems with it. if i take items in from the browser most of the time they wont “load in” and i have to close the plan and open it up again for it to load the item in.  also items that are in the plans are reverting back to there orginial sizes ie cookers, stools etc.

just wondering if this is an easy fix or is it a bug?

      Hi Darren,

The re-sizing of cloud items is a know bug that we are working on at the moment. It should be fixed in the next Fusion update.

With regards to the cloud items not loading, there is a temporary fix by clearing the cache.

Please can you send me your Team Viewer details to fusionsupport@2020spaces.com so I can assist you?

      Kind Regards

Hi Everyone, Is there a way to disable the corrective process that Fusion 8 does at the end of the rendering to smooth out the textures. It’s making a lot of my renderings look a bit smudged if that makes sense. I can post a before and after from the two different versions if you want to see an example. Thank you<!– [if gte mso 10]>

      Hi Michael,

The smoothing of the textures is part of the process that’s built into the rendering engine so this can’t be managed I’m afraid.

I can’t see the issue in the images you’ve sent as they aren’t showing. Please feel free to email them to fusionsupport@2020spaces.com or call in on 01233 635 533 and I will take a look.

      Kind Regards
