Using an architect’s drawing (DWG) in Giza is a straightforward series of steps. Here’s how you do it:

In Giza, there’s a button with “I/E” on it you can use, and a pick on the file menu (File > Import/Export/Styles…) too. Both ways will launch a dialog where you choose the file you want to use. You choose what you want to do (this is also used for Exporting to a different format) and then browse for the DWG file. Once you do that you’ll see some options on what to do with the file. Blocks in the DWG can be treated different ways, layer choices decide what the result will look like, and a few other things that are needed to get the DWG into Giza.
