After your recent update to fusion 2020 update 7.2.2.4 ive been having a few problems with the program. i will give support a call on monday as i didnt have time this week.  But just wanted to see if theres a quick fix or if anyone else is having the same problems.

if i open new or go to change a plan, the kitchen doors keep changing to a different type and handles change position. if i go to change a plan and bring another unit in, it will change the whole kitchen style and handles.

annoting a new floor plan, i cant duplicate an annotation.

also some items that have been brought in from the cloud database can not be deleted.

Hi Darren,

These are known bugs. The annotation one has been resolved in 7.2.1.3.

Please can you confirm whether you managed to speak to any of us yesterday?

If not I’d be happy to assist or send you an installer for the latest version.

Yes i have been in contact with support and have sorted the annotation problem.
