Can a different licensed dongle be used with another licensed 2020 program

  First time this has happened… I’m using together a different 2020 licensed dongle then the licensed 2020 program on my laptop. Opened my current drawing and none of my dealer catalogs are in my drop down catalogs anymore… can this be repaired?

  Hi Nicole,
  
  It sounds like 1 license is a full license and the other license is an essentials license that will not allow you to see manufacturer’s catalogs. If that is the case the only way to see all the catalogs on both keys will be to upgrade the essentials license to a full license.
