ParticipantI am hoping I can get help here for this new issue I am having.
Before I upgraded to the latest 2020 {12.2.12.59}
I used to lasso the cabinets in my design and change the handles using the Amarok handles catalog in the add-on section but ever since upgrading it will not allow me to do this and crashes each time this means I have to change the handles on each cabinet by going to attributes per cabinet it takes me forever and has really slowed me down tremendously.
I have customers that would like to change the handles finish or look and I have to re do the handles per cabinet if a request to see a different handle comes up. anyone else experiencing this? any advice on how to fix this? can 2020 fix this bug please it is insane to have to go through this each time I need to change the handles.
I am also experiencing texture disappearing from the saved designs that I have to re-apply the texture each time I have to revise the design which I did not experience before.
Please advise, thank you.

In the newest version of the program (12.2.13.40) I have created a test file and lassoed all the cabinets and applied the Amerock catalog. I didn’t have any crashing issues when selecting the catalog and I was able to apply a style to the Amerock catalog without a crash as well. Seeing as you are crashing when trying to apply the catalog to your whole design, I would suggest that you contact our support line for assistance with this because it is not a normal reaction.
There is a recorder bug for the Amerock catalog however, which is a refreshing issue. Once you apply Amerock by lassoing everything and adding it, the handles will not show up in the renderings. The workaround for this issue is to open the items Attributes page. Once you open it, you should see the pulls that you’ve applied and then the next time you make a rendering, the pulls will appear. You would still need to open the attributes page for each item you apply the pulls too.
I haven’t heard of any textures disappearing however and would suggest to contact support to have that looked at. You can reach us at 1.866.697.2020 to speak with an agent about this.
