Can’t access catalog page

  Hello,
  I am new to 2020 and am having trouble accessing the catalog download page from 2020.net.
  Every time I click on download catalogs I get this error message.
  
  An unexpected error has occurred!
  
  The page you are trying to reach is unavailable.
  
  This page might be experiencing temporary difficulties!
  
  The problem has been logged and the support team has been notified via e-mail.
  
  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
  
  Please try your request again.

  This error is usually a glitch on the account. Please give us a call at 1-866-697-2020 and one of our agents will be able to get your license information and fix your account up for you.
  
  Please do not put your license information in the Forums as it is a public space.
