In Version 11.8, I can’t get the move option on the Placement Box to work for more that one item at a time.  All previous versions let me select a group of items that I could then move.  I’ve checked to see if there is a setting that is wrong, but if so I can’t find it.  I’d appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Sandy,

I can move grouped items in my 11.8.0.53 version.  I can’t copy them with the placement tool 🙁 ,but I can move them.  I know it was an issue in an earlier build, 11.7 I think, but it should have been resolved in 11.8.  You can try resetting the registries and see if that resolves it or give us a call at 1-866-697-2020 and we can take a look via team viewer.

I can move them if I select the Group Items option and save as a group, but I used to be able to just select them and move them without stopping to formally “Group” them.  And then have to ungroup them to make other changes.

Okay, that I can’t do.  I checked with the powers that be and found out that the issue has been entered as bug.  For the time being grouping the items is the work around.

Hi Susan,

Bugs are addressed in the new versions based on priority.  So when 11.9 gets released it will have a number of bug fixes included in it.
