  HI. I’m hoping for some help. On my old 2020 version 11 I can right click an item and bring up the spec book, that takes me to the item in the spec book. On my new version 12 the screen that pops up is solid grey, displays no spec book. I do have “Enable Web Catalog Version” checked, which I’m not even sure if that is for bringing up the spec book. Any help?

  I have tested this in version 13 with a manufacturer catalog and it was able to redirect me to their spec book. I would suggest to contact our toll free number to have an agent connect in to take a look and see why the specs don’t populate. You can reach us by calling 1.866.697.2020.
