Catalog order issue

  Does anyone have the problem where randomly all their catalogs change the order you have set in the preferences. I take the time to put them in the order I want them and then they just reset after a while. Drives me crazy and I don’t why it keeps happening.

  The order of the catalogs is one of the many things 2020 stores in its registries. If the order gets reset it means something is changing the registries. Are you in an environment where your IT department pushes your desktop and other settings to your computer. If so that might be why it’s happening. Or if you call here for an issue and we reset your registries to resolve it, that would do it to. 🙂
