      Hi, i had to move my database to a new processor but now when i open existing customers there is cabinet doors and items missing from the plan. Unfortunately i am not working from home until Friday so cannot connect up buy was wondering is this something i can fix myself?

      Hi Karen,

      This sounds like a catalogue issue. It could be to do with the base file.

      I would advise not to save any plans that have this issue.
