CHOICE Cabinet Catalog

I’m not sure where to direct the issues I’ve had with the Choice Cabinet Catalog.

Wall cabinets using 1-Lite Mullion doors from Wall Accessories won’t show 1-Lite unless  you first select 4,6, or 8-Lite option and then choose 1-Lite. After 1-Lite appears you have to leave the other #-Lite option active or the 1-Lite is removed.

Another issue is when using Mullion doors on a cabinet with more than 1 door the count of Mullions is set to 1, is there a way to set this so each cabinet does not have to be individually set to 2 if there are 2 doors?

Wall cabinets with MEPW (matching end panel [left or right]) from Wall modifications while using a #-Lite door replaces the side panels with glass that match the doors. Not always what we would like to show.

Sometimes when selecting the MEPW from Wall Modifications the list “jumps”(actually it seems to expand the list of options) and I end up selecting FEWL (finished end L) or whatever appears under my cursor where the MEPW option was when I clicked it.

Things that seem to be missing from the catalog is something I need to bring up with the manufacturer, correct?

      Hey Chris,

That very definitely sounds like a catalog issue.  I would definitely bring it to the attention of manufacturer.  Do the issues only occur in certain versions of 2020?  For example it worked fine in version 11.7 but in 11.8 you have the problem or is it a new catalog?

But has the catalog always done the same thing?  Or have you only noticed the behavior since updating the catalog?

For every version of the catalog from March until the most recent version. My Update Catalog button doesn’t work.

      Hey Chris,

I think giving us a call at the 1-866-697-2020 support line is the way to go.  I’m not sure what you mean by the update catalog button and the issue is pretty odd.  It still feels like a catalog issue but maybe if you contact us we can set up a way to get the catalog from you so we can take a look at the files.

2020 Maintenance tool not working: SOLVED

I couldn’t get any of the buttons in the maintenance tool to work before because I had copied the program to the desktop instead of putting a shortcut on the desktop.

      sigh
