Closet design issues

  I’m really struggling with a closet design I’m trying to work on. Using V10.5, in Windows 10, and the Wellborn WBCLST15 catalogue. I have been able to create the sections, but I can’t drag any components into them. I can drag them to the section, but get a “not allowed” symbol, and the item disappears.
  
  Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

  I know with Closet catalogs you have to add the Container (V BOX s or V BOX W)
  Also you need to validate the dimension of each section (With and Height) before adding any items inside
