Cloud Error Message

      I am unable to download any content from the cloud irrespective of the catalogue.

      I keep receiving “Error: item is not properly defined”

      I am running version 11.8

      Hello Kate,

      In most all cases, the issue is resolved by  clearing the 2020 Cloud Cache. A support agent can easily assist you with the process via toll free 866-697-2020 or you can send an email to residentialsupport@2020spaces.com explaining the issue as stated above and they will provide you with instructions.
