cloud items not accepting attribute edits

Has something changed about cloud items?  Dimension edits in attributes are not having any effect.  They aren’t greyed out, so they can be changed, but regardless of what dimensions are entered, the item on the floorplan and in renderings is the original size.

Oddly enough, the changes are showing in the little attribute preview image.

      Hey Chris,

The cloud items I just tried are working fine.  Which item are you trying to modify?

      Hey Chris,

I noticed the same thing – but if you change the size or texture, then copy/paste the item – the COPY *will* have all your changes.  I do that always now when changing the dims/textures on Cloud items.; make your changes, copy/paste, then delete the original.

Weird.  OK.  It’s working now.  I’ve been having a lot of crashes today.  The changes took effect only after closing and reopening the file.

FYI, it’s “table rectangular 8” and “shelf-double” that were misbehaving.

Also, what’s with the “slow down; you move too fast” error?

      Hey Chris,

Is that a 2020 error or a website error?

      Hi Neil,

It’s an error on this forum.  I replied to a post, then submitted my own post, and I got this error.

Ya, I get it too sometimes when posting.  It’s just a server error.  Sometimes the poor thing just needs a rest. 🙂
