      I installed the latest version yesterday and now Cloud items aren’t working… It just shows the blue box and when I mouse over it says invalid shape.

       

       

      How come whenever there is a new release that is intended to “fix” issues, it always ends up breaking other things?! It’s obnoxious. This program is supposed to make our jobs easier, not more difficult and time consuming.

      Will there be a hotfix soon or anyone know how I can fix my cloud?

      Hi Willesa,

      If there is an issue with the cloud, then you can try and clear out the clouds cache. You can download the Clear Cloud Cache tool from THIS article and run it to clear the cache and test the program. If this does not clear the issue, then please contact our support team by calling 1.866.697.2020.
