Collission issues with a sink

It doesn’t seem to be a common problem, more specifically with Blanco’s catalog. From what I noticed, when using a sink from Blanco, the label is raised higher than the counter, preventing any other item from being placed in that area; more specifically a faucet. Even with collision off.
You can see that removing the sink’s label, allows for the faucet to be placed.

I’m assuming this is an issue with Blanco’s catalog. The 2020PLU cat doesn’t seem to have any label/collision problems.

      Hi Erik,

I have just tested the Blanco catalog that is in the cloud and this one seems to be reacting correctly. For now I would either suggest to use the cloud based catalog or turn off your collisions so you can place down the faucet and then (at the end of your design) you can turn off the collision patterns to remove the red hatchings.

To turn off the red hatchings you can: right click on an empty portion of the drawing and go to display settings. From there you can go to  Warning Patterns and uncheck the box for ‘Colliding items pattern’.

I have downloaded the Blanco catalog we have on 2020spaces.com (BLANCO21) and I am also running into the same issue with the 518171 sink. I will report this to our catalog specialist. Thank you for reporting this!

      Regards,

      Kris

      Thanks for the reply, Kris.

I’m happy to know that I’m not going crazy
