Connection to 2020 Cloud has failed

      I am getting the following warning at the top of 2020 Design. Everything appears to be working ok after I login. What all is affected by this, and how do I correct it? My internet is working fine.

      I just installed 13.6, and I am getting the same message.

      Hi,

      To correct this issue, please clear the 2020 cloud cache. You can do this by clicking HERE to be taken to our article where you can download the 2020 clear cloud cache application. Once downloaded, you can run the tool when Design is fully closed. If you still have the issue after this, please reach out to our support department by calling 1.866.697.2020.
