Countertop Wizard backsplash issue

      Good afternoon –

      Having some challenges with v11.11.3.1 and Countertop Wizard.

      The program is drawing the backsplash continuous across the freestanding range and only shows up after “Finish”ing the Wizard.

      Is anyone else experiencing this with the Cambria catalog?

      Hello Greg,

      I would suggest contacting an agent directly at toll free 866-697-2020. An agent will be able to login remotely to your workstation and have a live view of what is occurring or where the issue may be coming from.

      Hi Gregg,

      When you are placing the countertop using the wizard, when you get to the custom backsplash choice, remove the check from the add/change dimension checkbox and the wizard should not place backsplash through the range.

      Neil,

      That is a work-around for now, but this seems to be happening regularly with my update to v11.11.3.1. Saw this happen very rarely with previous versions.

      Hi Gregg

      We will perform tests on previous versions and if this is a regression it will be entered, no worries. For now we though it will be interesting to share the workaround so you can use it.
