Countertop Wizard does NOT detect sinks

      I tried to place countertop, but the Countertop Wizard does NOT detect sinks on the plan. anyone knows the reason?

      Hi Son,

      I testes the counter top wizard on my side and I was able to produce the cut out for the sink. I tried to make my design resemble yours so I used a SB33 with the 33″ Kohler 1-1/2 Tub Sink #2 and when I used the Counter top Wizard, it saw the sink. See the attached image.

      It is possible that this is an issue in your particular design so the first thing i would suggest is to copy/paste your design unto a new floor plan and then test it out. If it doesn’t work after that then perhaps you can try running basic maintenance on the program ( this is remove any preferences you set up and reset the registries of the program back to their default settings).       Have tried adjusting height off the sink?
