I had installed QuartzMasters & Cambria’s catalogs along with the 2020 countertop catalogs. Why is this not showing up?

You need to install 2020’s own Imperial Countertop Wizard first before ANYTHING shows up – we found this when we tried to install the Metric ones. Look for the one on 2020.net as per picture below.

If this doesn’t fix it then you will need to escalate it to support.

Thank you Mike. But i do have it installed already and nada.

Also, I’ve wanted to reinstall it but I need a direct link or something because I spent 2 hours yesterday trying to find a download but all the links send me in an endless circle of pages, cycling back to each other.

2020.net tells me to restart support but I purchased everything this past October- my support is still on.

Anyway, I’ll be calling support today because there is something definitely screwy with my account or their websites.
