deleted those items but their texture material is not being deleted

  I had downloaded some items from the cloud but I deleted those items but their texture material is not being deleted due to which the software note is responding.
  
  How to delete cloud item deleted with texture materials.

  Hello Muhammad, in one of the latest versions Design automatically deletes unused textures from a kit file upon closing and re-opening it.

  I have the same problem, When I import objects from the cloud navigator, I only see a big square and I can’t deleted them.
  
  Why I can’t see the real item and why I cant deleted the square?

  It seems as if you may be having some issues with your cloud. I would suggest to clear the clouds cache and then give the program a test.
  
  HERE is an article that can help you clear the clouds cache. Be sure to download the ‘2020clearcloudcache.exe’ item. Once you download the item, go ahead and run it and then test the cloud items in the program. This should allow them to download and make themselves visible to you.
