Design information window

      My “design information” pop-up window is blank.  I have the “recent” button, but since that gets wiped with each install or update, there are no recents.

      I also tried opening an older design that has fields filled in, but I cannot view any of it.

      I’m in 12.3.14.47

      Hi Chris,

      The Design Information box will appear blank if the Title Block Logo file path is changed. Please set the file path back to the default path (C:\ProgramData\2020\Design\12\config\), this will bring back the regular Design Information window. See image below.

      To set your Logo, you can download the Title Block Editor from our Knowledge Center article. Click HERE to view the article. I hope this helps 🙂
