I am working in Version 11.10.1.1, when I try to save a User Template in Design Layout it is not saving. I have also tried this on Version 11.9, the function also did not work. I am trying to create a series of layouts for a presentation packet. I have created these layouts before but not I am unable. Anyone else having the same issue or have any suggestio

I am not able to recreate the issue here in version 11.10.1. I can create and save a user template without issue. Are you getting an error when trying to save the file or during the creation of the layout?
You should probably give our 1-866-697-2020 support line a call and have a tech take a firsthand look at the issue.
